Ryan Murphy, J.D., Government Affairs Advisor

Ryan is an experienced advisor with over a decade of engagement with local, state, and federal government services. He is mission-oriented, delivering results through diligent communication, conscientious analysis, and a collaborative approach with clients.

A native North Carolinian, Ryan's career began with service to Veterans and military families as a Congressional Caseworker in his hometown of Fayetteville. Before joining Strategics Consulting, he advocated for U.S. manufacturers and Veteran-Owned businesses across critical energy infrastructure, national defense, and advanced technology policy. His legal practice focused on performance contracting and dispute resolution.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business from Appalachian State University, graduating with cum laude honors and leading a championship men's rugby team. He earned a J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he was a member of N.C. Central Law Review, Dispute Resolution Institute, student government, and founder of the International Law Society. In his spare time, Ryan is a volunteer coach for rugby clubs in his community.
