Kyle Leopard, J.D., Government Affairs Advisor

Kyle is experienced in a broad array of legal, regulatory, and public policy issues. Before joining Strategics Consulting, he practiced commercial real estate law and construction litigation. He is a member of the North Carolina and South Carolina state bars. 

Kyle advises clients on legislative and policy developments with thoughtful analysis and creative approaches to serve a client’s needs. His experience in public policy and government affairs includes working at the Environmental Defense Fund and UNC’s School of Government, with a focus on environmental and public infrastructure issues. 

Kyle grew up in Forsyth County, NC. He earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama, where he was a University Fellow, and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Kyle is a past member of the North Carolina Law Review.
